A Thriving Child Personality Assessment

provides you with a personalised approach to parenting, one that guides you in understanding your child’s unique personality. A parenting *handbook*, so to speak, tailored specifically to your kid focusing on how they operate emotionally, socially and academically so that you can be confident that you have the tools to help them to consistently thrive

A personality assessment is like Myers-Briggs, without the self-reporting quiz.

I know you want to feel empowered in raising a confident kid so that you can trust that they can handle difficult *read emotional* conversations on the playground and speak up for themselves when the time comes.

You want to bring out the best in them, celebrate their strengths and set them up for success academically, socially AND emotionally.

The problem is that you’re constantly butting heads with your child because you have no idea how to support them in the way they need to be supported as an individual.

And that makes you feel like you’re getting it all *wrong* and like you're not setting them up for success like other parents might be.

Just because parenting feels hard, doesn’t mean it has to be.

You don’t have to do what the parenting books say or what every other parent is saying when it comes to how YOU connect with and best support your child.

The fact is your child is beautifully unique and unlike any other human on the planet, so they have to be parented in a way that’s right for them.

This is where Human Design comes in.

I use Human Design to eliminate the guesswork in parenting, to reveal and affirm exactly what they need to thrive.

Human Design is the blueprint to parenting, as it reveals how your child moves in the world, how they connect with others, their motivating forces, how they emotionally relate and how they best thrive academically.

Having worked with Human Design for the past 4 years I have read for over 500 clients, supporting them to live more confidently as their authentic self. And now, I bring this to you and your family. Over the past 10 months, I have seen the PROFOUND shifts that can take place at home simply by understanding one another's uniqueness (yes, even understanding yourself better, helps you parent!).

How do we make this happen

ONE

First, using your child’s individual Human Design blueprint, I’ll illuminate what makes your child unique - their strengths and weaknesses, their social, emotional and academic needs - and ultimately how to bring out the best in them

two

Using the clarity and knowledge gained in step 1, I’ll create a strategic plan for how you can support your child in the most wholesome and supportive way, meeting their needs as an individual and ensuring they (and you) have all the tools to be able to thrive.

three

Finally, I’ll support you in implementing these strategies and assist you in navigating any challenges that may arise. It’s one thing to have the information, it’s another thing to implement it!

The OG Personality Assessment Experience

We will come together for your 90 minute Personality Assessment session, via Zoom, where I will discuss your child’s detailed written Personality Assessment Report. You’ll learn how to implement the right techniques and address any concerns you may have. This session will also be recorded so you can refer back anytime you need!

To ensure you get the most out of this experience, we will come together the following week for a 30 minute follow up session, again via Zoom, so you can address any challenges that may have come up through the integration process. You can opt to continue weekly support (which I’ll share more about at the close of this session!)

Know that this is what you deeply need to support your child? Skip the queue and find a time to book your Personality Assessment.

In a Personality Assessment I’ll…

— Help you understand how your child best learns, so school and homework time can become more enjoyable (for them AND for you!) and their educational outcomes can improve.

— Guide you in navigating their unique emotional wavelength, so they can communicate their feelings with ease to soothe tension and lift emotional weight that often results in emotional outbursts.

— Help you understand how your child interacts/engages with others, so that they can be empowered to be their full self, never dimming their sparkle! (Even if they tend to be on the shy side, that’s okay too!).

— Celebrate the beautiful unique individual that you have brought into this world! I want you to see all their quirks, talents and gifts so that you too can celebrate them in being their unique self!

— Acknowledge where any behavioural or learning challenges may arise due to a simple misunderstanding in their way of being. Once you know, we can adjust accordingly and watch them thrive!

Not only will I show you the magic of your individual child, but I’ll also provide personalised strategies to assist you in implementing all the wisdom you’ve gained through the Personality Assessment session and written report.

    — Felicity Y

  • “Annalise has a really grounded way of seeing things and a practical easy to understand way of teaching. The Personality Assessment for our son is such a wonderful tool to refer to, being able to understand how our son learns best and socialises, experiences emotions at this time in life where our children experience so much growth and change its important for me as a mum to know my son deeply and how I can best support him and this Personality Assessment really helps with that.”

WHEN YOU’RE ABLE TO MEET THE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS OF YOUR CHILD A WORLD OF POSSIBILITY OPENS UP.

IMAGINE THIS…

Imagine seeing your child going from hating and resisting school because it's “boring” or they just “don’t get it” to watching as their curiosity returns, they have a sparkle in their eye and they start to flourish at school, all because their creativity is now being harnessed instead of suppressed.

Imagine them moving about their day, light, joyful (as we should all be!) and confident all because they are finally seen for who they really are.

Their desire to lead is celebrated.

Their artistic side is invited to be expressed.

They radiate love as they start to love themselves just that little bit more.

Imagine the person they get to become, all because you were able to see their full potential 🥺

So, is a Personality Assessment right for you and your child?

No matter the unique parenting situation you find yourself in, a Personality Assessment supports children at either end of any spectrum and somewhere in between.

You may have a child that is experiencing learning development issues; including flagged or diagnosed ADHD/Autism, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia; challenges with their emotions and emotionally regulating; or difficulties in social settings.

For some parents you may simply want to get to know your child more deeply, so you can parent them in a way that harnesses their strengths and supports them to thrive.

  • “Annalise's passion and drive to make an impact in the lives of children, their families and the education system is both refreshing and inspiring. Her lived experience combined with the knowledge to use Human Design to provide insight into the characteristic traits and habits was incredibly valuable. The way she was able to offer perspective to situations and make suggestions as to how I could support in the future was amazing. The understanding of my daughter's Design was able to drive acceptance, and purpose. We have been able to implement changes in key trigger areas which has resulted in a more harmonious household. All of that I'm grateful for, however the unexpected outcome was how invaluable it was to have someone hold space for me as a parent as I navigated this path and untangled what felt like such a mess in the beginning. I'll forever be grateful to Annalise for the time and energy she afforded me and the positive ripple effect it has had on our family.”

    — Kayci E

  • “Working with Annalise throughout the Personality Assessment process has been a phenomenal experience. I find as parents it’s easy to jump to conclusions and over complicate things. This program gave me some deep insights into my daughter's Design and provided me with clear and often really simple tools to help nurture her in the way she needed it. Through this lens I was able to clearly steer and guide her in ways I would have over analysed before.”

    – Lorraine M

  • “Thank you so much, this was such a great experience, one I really believe all parents and children could benefit from.”

    — Felicity Y

Here’s what some past Personality Assessment Clients experienced:

— Greater emotional regulation and a reduction in moodiness, anger and frustration.

For one child she required greater independence and self-governing authority. When parents understood her unique needs and this was catered for she no longer felt the need to push back on the demands of her parents. Her empowerment in other areas of her life allowed her to work with her parents, rather than against them.

— Improvement in reading, writing and spelling.

One child went from reading 1-2 sentences per night, to paragraphs, to a whole chapter by the end of our time together.

— Reduction in school refusal.

A common issue among many parents was their child's resistance to going to school as it is “boring” or simply because they “hate it”. When their needs are better met at home, and in some instances the school is brought on board in supporting their specific learning style, parents found that their children were complaining less about school and were more willing to take an active role in their learning.

— Greater sense of self-confidence.

Many of the children in the case study found it challenging to speak their needs, primarily in social settings. As parents were able to relay their social truths and needs, these children grew in confidence in being able to advocate for themselves with friends, teachers and parents.

FAQs

  • A Personality Assessment is for any parent of kindy/pre-kindy or primary school aged children who is interested in nurturing their child in accordance to their design. If your child is under the age of 3 or over the age of 12 but you feel you’d benefit from a Personality Assessment, please book in for a 20 minute Discovery Call and we can assess your suitability.

  • In as little as 2-4 weeks. In order to maximise results it is encouraged that parents engage in ongoing support for up to 4 weeks. Again, I'll walk and talk you through this but please also know, this is entirely optional!

  • The positive impacts that you and your child experience will vary depending on the area of focus for your child and the challenges they are currently facing both at home and at school. It can be said that a little goes a long way, and minor tweaks resulted in the biggest return.

  • “The weekly check-ins with Annalise were invaluable to the flow of implementation of our initial session and to really go deeper into understanding our son and his energy. Being able to go into things that have popped up that we were navigating was so so helpful as I was able to see in real time what was happening and to gain new and different perspectives. I loved our sessions!”

    — Rachel L

  • “The insights that Annalise was able to provide were incredibly valuable. The reality is, I gained just as much as my daughter from our time together. Because my daughter is younger, we could have potentially had less to work on but on reflection, I feel it assisted in building trust and relationships to be vulnerable.”

    — Kayci E

  • “Annalise, your support, compassion, honesty and knowledge was like a warm hug for my soul. You met me where I was each week and truly created a safe space to just let it all be. The insights and tools you gifted us were life changing. I am so thankful for this experience.”

    – Melissa E

  • “The ongoing weekly support was very supportive… and I thoroughly enjoyed this journey with you. If given the option I think I wouldn't have opted for ongoing support and yet, I'm soooo glad we got it. Sometimes we just don't know what we need. And this was everything we needed it to be. I feel it helped us go far deeper than we would have with just an assessment. It gave me tools, points of focus and consistency. It helped immensely!”
